Human Resources Assistant - Louisiana, MO Manpower is hiring! Manpower is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support our client in Louisiana, MO. This is a 6-month contract position with a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a busy warehouse environment. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20 per hour Job Responsibilities Maintain and organize employee files (filing will be a key part of this role) Assist with candidate interviews and warehouse tours Help support onboarding and orientation processes Conduct portions of new hire orientation as assigned Provide general administrative support to the HR team Qualifications Strong organizational and filing skills Professional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact with candidates and new hires in a welcoming, professional manner Previous administrative or HR experience is preferred but not required Ability to maintain confidentiality with employee information Why Work With Manpower?
