LakeCoeur d'Alene Cruises is an integral part of HMG providing the highest quality cruises and catering events on Lake Coeur d'Alene. Key Responsibility AreasThis position is responsible for attendance and customer service of the Quick Launch Clubhouse. Duties include preparing coffees, cocktails and café food items, selling pro shop items, assisting customers with their boating needs. One year of Barista or Bartender experience preferred. Major Duties Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders Preparing and serving beverages, ranging from Coffee to Cocktails to Tap beers Preparing and serving food items such as soups, sandwiches and pastries Answering customers' questions about menu choices Promoting and recommending menu options to customers Taking payment from customers Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service Working to attract new customers and expanding the menu Gather boat-to-go items including cocktails, coffee, snacks, ice, etc Job Types: Seasonal, Part-time Salary: From $16.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Restaurant type: BarCoffee shop Shift: 4 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shift Weekly day range: Every weekend Application Question(s): Are you at least 19 years of age.
