Job details We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting human resources functions, ensuring accurate employee data management, maintaining compliance with policies, and serving as a resource for employees and managers. The HR Administrator will handle employee inquiries, assist with scheduling and timekeeping, and support various HR processes to foster a positive workplace culture. ... Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and timely employee records, including new hires, terminations, job changes, and pay adjustments.- Audit time and attendance records daily to ensure accurate payroll processing.- Assist with onboarding activities and employee recognition events.- Support internal and external compliance audits.- Conduct and document exit interviews, providing feedback to management.- Represent the company in unemployment claims processes.- Enter and track employee referral bonuses.- Provide assistance with password resets and system access issues while maintaining security protocols.- Respond to employee inquiries by phone, email, and in person, ensuring professional and confidential communication.- Collaborate with HR team members to provide backup support as needed.- Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMSkills:- Bilingual (English and Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, or Mandarin) is a plus.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- High school diploma or GED required.- Minimum of 1 year of human resources or timekeeping experience preferred.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
