Dedicated to Excellence, Committed to ServicePCC Care Office AssistantThe PCC Care Office Assistant supports the PCC Care office by greeting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling details for various events and projects, and providing clerical support as necessary for the daily functions of the office.Maintain Office CommunicationsAnswer phone calls, greet guests, and answer questions. Maintain visible awareness/control of office traffic while keeping the area organized and approachable. Update and send office communications. Maintain and stock all department forms.Coordinate Campus Parent ProgramMaintain the Campus Parent Program year-round, coordinating all campaign communications, participant pairing, and program logistics across students, staff, faculty, and Campus Church members.Schedule AppointmentsSchedule appointments for all PCC Care services and the Director of PCC Care.Maintain Office DetailsAssist with reserving rooms, handling facility set up diagrams, and submitting HVAC needs.
