The Lab Tech supports laboratory operations by conducting tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. This role is vital in research, quality control, and manufacturing processes by providing accurate data and analysis. The associate will prepare samples, perform tests, and adhere to safety protocols.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and analyze laboratory samples and specimens.• Conduct routine and specialized tests and experiments.• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.• Record and analyze data, generating detailed reports.• Ensure laboratory safety by following established protocols and regulations.• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.• Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and order replacements as needed.• Collaborate with other laboratory personnel to ensure efficient operations.• Assist in the training of new lab personnel.Preferred Qualifications:• Proven experience as a Lab Technician or similar role in a laboratory environment.• Knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting tests.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• Familiarity with safety regulations and laboratory best practices.• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pmJob Type: Full-timeBenefits when Hired On401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeExperience:general labor: 1 year (Preferred)Production: 1 year (Preferred)Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00
