Help Validation Team improve product testing.Develop scripts and configure devices according to customer requirementsGather analyze and report statistical data using in-house device management systemSupport Tier II-IV support teams with research, analysis and testing.Partner with Sales Team to communicate complicated resolution strategiesContribute to Technical documentation, user guides and knowledgebase articles.Support and analyze and diagnose RMA requests.Must HavesLocal to the Carlsbad, CA area during summer 2026Demonstrable experience in a highly technical discipline, like computer programming, networking, or vehicle telematicsWorking knowledge of cellular communication technologiesQuickly analyze and grasp technical architectures and unique customer solutionsPerform standard troubleshooting practices to hardware and software using various test equipmentBS (or working towards) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentDemonstrated leadership, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPerform in a fast past, dynamic environmentHighly organizedStrong PlusesExperience in a programming language like C or scripting language like Python.Embedded Linux experienceSpanish language proficiencyAny certifications in OBD / JBUS / Modbus vehicle bus protocolsIndustry experience in the internet of things / vehicle telematicsSoldering or other electronics and PCB related skillsIf you live in or near [San Diego, CA] and are interested in a Summer internship with an industry-leading IoT company, we want to speak with you.
