Kettering Health Dayton l Dayton l Full-time l DaysMedical Education Program Coordinator position duties include, but are not limited to the following:Be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of intern and resident rotationsCoordinate and resolve issues with interns and residents in relation primarily to schedulesEnsure the upkeep of files (applications and interviews) and all required logs and paperworkMaintain appropriate documentation to meet AOA requirementsAssist with revision of manuals pertaining to internship and residencyOversees graduation eventsJob RequirementsAssociate degree in relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of businessoffice experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in related areas of equivalent experienceExtensive knowledge of productivity software, including database managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentialityProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent organization skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize competing prioritiesMust be comfortable working independently and in a collaborative team environment consisting of diverse populations of staff, faculty, resident/fellows and other administrative personnelMust be able to adapt quickly to changes in work requirements and assigpments in a proactive mannerKettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 13 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
