As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in guiding patients and families through their orthodontic journey—from the first consultation to the final appointment.This position is perfect for someone who’s friendly, organized, and passionate about patient education and service. You’ll collaborate closely with doctors to create treatment plans, explain insurance and financing options, and ensure every patient feels informed, confident, and supported throughout their care.Create a welcoming, positive experience for patients—especially children and their familiesConduct consultations to review patient history, treatment goals, and concernsCollaborate with doctors to develop and present treatment plansClearly explain financial responsibilities, insurance benefits, and payment optionsCommunicate Medicaid approvals/denials and handle private pay/self-pay arrangementsSchedule treatments and ensure proper co-pay documentation and payment agreementsProvide ongoing communication and support to patients throughout treatmentAssist the clinical team as needed (sterilization, seating patients, records appointments, etc.)Manage new patient, consultation, and treatment start recallsMaintain current certifications/licensures and stay informed on orthodontic best practicesBuild trust with patients, helping them prioritize their treatment needsSupport general office operations and take on other duties as assignedA strong understanding of orthodontic treatment workflows and patient careExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience with cloud 9 a plusFamiliarity with dental/medical insurance plans is a plusA positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding patient serviceWho We AreWe believe that taking care of our employees and their families is paramount.
