Steward (Full Time Seasonal 2026)

The purpose of this job is to help ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils in a clean and sanitized condition. In addition, this job requires that the employee keep the machine dishwashing station, dish room, preparation, and storage areas clean and sanitized.Willingness to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback from departmental supervisors/ managersWork in an environment that at times can be hot and humidMaintain a neat and orderly work stationKnow and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies, and guest interactionReport to work on time and in complete uniformAssist in other areas as neededAdheres to daily/weekly/ monthly cleaning schedules in compliance with all departmental standardsCompletion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the management teamExperience as a Steward or Dishwasher preferredGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a diverse team environmentUnderstanding of basic kitchen sanitationMust be available to work a schedule which will include holidays, weekends, and varied shift timesMust be able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of timeAbility to converse with guests and employees in English.
