This is a paid summerinternship 10-week robust experience based in our Melville, New York Headquarters.What You’ll Do:- You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience by participating in significantwork projects that help you learn, develop business skills, and provide a meaningfulcontribution to Canon's business and goals.- You will be exposed to world-class teams and our business, marketing, and strategy initiativesthrough training, meetings, presentations, and other planned activities.- You’ll gain marketable skills and knowledge that you’ll need in transitioning into the workforce.- You’ll come to the office 3 days a week and 2 days with the option to work from home (unlessa specific business need arises requiring in-office attendance on other days). This positionoffers a hybrid work schedule on full-time (9 AM – 5 PM) schedule based on a 35-hour workweek. This is reflectedin our welcoming, respectful, and family-oriented atmosphere with a strong focus on diversity &inclusion, work-life balance, and community and environmental initiatives.The 2026 Canon Insights Summer Internship – Social Media/Marketing Intern will play an integral role in supporting key departmental initiatives and will contribute to the following responsibilities: - Help maintain the social content calendar and organize assets- Develop and schedule organic posts that have compelling captions, foster engagement, and align with brand voice- Assist in the creation of fun, engaging short form video content- Support the promotion and execution of Canon’s user-generated image campaign- Conduct research and analyze results of platform metrics and competitors’ channels- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the company’s social media presenceAn enrolled undergraduate student who is currently a junior and entering their senior year as of Summer 2026, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree aligned with the department of interest. A strong communicator—both written and verbal—with advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Chat, Calendar and Drive).
