Since 1989,RoviSyshas served large and small clients in a variety of industries and built a quality reputation focused on independent solutions and customer satisfaction.OverviewThe HR Learning & Development Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, development, and delivery of employee training programs. This role manages both the logistical and administrative components of learning events, ensures accurate records within the LMS, provides responsive support to employees and facilitators, and supports content development for training initiatives. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels.Training Coordination & LogisticsManage all training logistics, including reserving rooms and setting up Teams/Zoom sessions.Identify, schedule, and communicate with instructors and subject matter experts to support training delivery.Maintain the centralized training calendar and adjust scheduling based on instructor availability or course changes.Create and manage session invitations through the Learning Management System (LMS).Generate, download, and distribute session-specific QR codes to instructors to ensure attendees can easily scan and receive proper training credit for participation.Announce and promote upcoming learning opportunities to employees through approved channels.LMS AdministrationAssign training credit to participants who attended live sessions but did not automatically receive credit.Review and upload external certifications or professional development documentation into the LMS to award appropriate credit.Troubleshoot routine LMS issues and questions from employees, escalating technical issues when needed.Ensure training sessions, records, and instructor information are accurate and up to date within the LMS.Employee SupportRespond to and resolve HR Learning & Development helpdesk tickets in a timely and customer‑focused manner.Provide clear guidance to employees on training requirements, course access, and system navigation.Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and time‑management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and stakeholdersProblem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communicationComfort with technology platforms (LMS, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, etc.)Customer-service mindset with patience and professionalismBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, orotherrelated major.Willingness to undertake assignments involving unfamiliar subjects, with the aptitude to learn quickly.Experienced using Microsoft Office 365 applications.Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.Skilled in collecting, analyzing,organizing,and reporting information.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Strong team collaboration.Highly motivated to work independently and productively.Knowledge of basic Human Resources functions and prior use of a learning management system (LMS) is desirable.Preferred ExperiencePrior HR, training coordination, or administrative support experienceExperience working with a Learning Management SystemKnowledge of adult learning principlesCompetitive HourlyRate: $22-26/hr, depending on experienceFull Benefits Package:Medical, dental, and vision coverageRetirement Ready:401(k) with company matchTime Off:Generous PTO which includes vacation, holidays, and unlimited personal timeGrow With Us:Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development support
