We are committed to building a best-in-class organization by empowering top talent with the resources, autonomy, and support needed to deliver results and advance their careers in a high-performance environment.As a Talent Acquisition Consultant- Community, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent for front-line roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.You’llbe the driving force behind building strong pipelines, creating innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand and culture.Full-Cycle Recruiting & High-Volume DeliveryDrive high-volume recruiting efforts for front-line roles across multiple communities, ensuringtimelyand quality hires.Handlea consistenthigh-volume requisition load, balancingspeedand quality.Conductintakediscussions with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, timelines, and hiring priorities.Sourcing & Talent Pipeline DevelopmentBuild and nurture talent pipelines through networking, community engagement, and creative outreach initiatives.Identifyand engage candidates through proactive outreach tomaintainhealthy talent pipelines.Network within the local market to build candidate awareness and expand reach.Represent our brand at career fairs, open houses, and local events,showcasingour culture and growth opportunities.Hiring Manager PartnershipCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, build strong partnerships, and deliver effective recruiting strategies.Providetimelyupdates, pipeline visibility, and guidance tohiringmanagers.Support hiring managers through consistent communication and coordination throughout the hiring process.Candidate ExperienceEnsure a smooth, professional, and responsive candidate journey from application to offer.Coordinate interviews and collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless, positive candidate experience.Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our values, benefits, and unique employee experience to excite potential hires.Recruiting Operations & ComplianceMaintainaccurate, compliant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Track progress and manage workflows to ensuretimelymovement of candidates.3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in high-volume environments.Proven ability to source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and community outreach.Strong relationship-building and communication skills with hiring managers and candidates.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting whilemaintainingattention to detail.Proficiencyin applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.Must be able to work full-time from ourAtlanta, GA(Buckhead)office.Founded in 2005, Cortland is an international, vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment, development, and management firm with a resident-centric approach to living experiences.
