Plumber

The Seaport Hotel is seeking a skilled and service‑focused Plumber to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems throughout the hotel to ensure a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience for our guests and team members. Your expertise and professionalism will directly impact guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the property.What You’ll DoInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, valves, and equipment.Review plans/specs and determine materials and layouts.Troubleshoot and repair water heaters, conditioners, pumps, and water treatment equipment.Maintain storm, sanitary, and water piping systems.Test systems for leaks and ensure all work meets code.Respond to work orders and emergency calls promptly.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; maintain clean and safe work areas.Manage inventory and vendor repairs.Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.Represent the hotel professionally and support sustainability practices.What You BringStrong plumbing troubleshooting and repair skills.Knowledge of Massachusetts Plumbing Code.Ability to read plumbing schematics and blueprints.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5+ years of plumbing repair experience requiredPlumbing License preferred (experience considered)Valid driver’s license preferredHigh school diploma/GED requiredTrade school training or relevant certifications preferredSchedule24/7 hotel operation—availability for weekends, holidays, overtime, and on‑call emergencies as needed.If you’re a skilled Plumber who takes pride in your work and enjoys a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
