Job Description

The Real Estate Receptionist will assist all real estate sales executives as well as assist with any additional needs requested by the Office Manager or Broker in Charge. This position is the first point of contact for customers/guests/clients of Wild Dunes Real Estate and is therefore responsible for providing accurate information to all whom inquire.Essential Responsibilities:Answer telephones, check messages and transfer calls to the appropriate person throughout the daySet up showing appointments for outside agents who want to see our listings as well as make appointments for our sales executives who want to see outside listings if neededLog all showing appointments and update sales executives when their listings have been shownGreet customers and direct them to appropriate place if not interested in real estateKeep front office fully stocked with magazines, maps, flyers and office suppliesAssist Office Manager with general office duties as neededAssist Sales Executives with daily, individual needsAssist Broker in Charge with duties as neededKeep copies of all inventory and all necessary paperwork stocked at all timesSearch MLS system as requested by the sales executivesSearch Brivity database for customer information as requested by sales executivesDistributes mail, messages or packages to appropriate recipientsBe knowledgeable of events and appropriate staff around the resortOther Duties/ResponsibilitiesReport all safety hazards and suspicious activities to securityAdhere to department and resort office policiesKnows all safety and emergency procedures and their role in assisting during these timesAttend all required meetingsKnowledge/Experience:Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but not necessary.
