Your Shift Hours: 3:15 PM - 11:45PM Days:Monday - Friday(choose your shifts in the app) Pay: $22/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available) Location: Americold - Jefferson, WI Work Environment: This is a cold storage facility with indoor temperatures as low as -20?F. Workers will primarily work in warehouse ambient temperatures around 40?F and must be prepared for outside ambient conditions as well. Workers must wear warm clothingappropriate forthe environment. Americold provides freezer suits, eye and ear protection. All MWC workersare required toprovide their own composite shoes. WhatYou’llDo You’llplay a key role in keeping orders moving by: Efficiently and safely loading and unloading freight and moving products to storage throughout the facility. Operating stand-up reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners in compliance. Picking and assembling orders for shipment, checking freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation. This is not a forklift-only role - you mayoperatesit down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, stand-up straddle trucks, walk behinds, single/double palletjacksand RF scanners. WhatWe’reLooking For: At least 6 monthsof forkliftexperience with strong teamwork and communication skills Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety and work instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks Ability tolift upto 70 lbs.
