Ensure security, updates, and compliance with company policies.Systems Administration: Maintain servers, storage, and virtualization environments; perform updates, backups, and troubleshooting for optimal work Management: Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure; monitor performance and security, resolve issues.Security Management: Implement and enforce security policies; conduct assessments and audits to mitigate risks.Team Leadership: Mentor IT staff, support professional growth, and collaborate with other departments on IT solutions.Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and objectives met; coordinate with vendors and providers.End User Support: Point of escalation for Tier III and above support issuesKey Attributes:Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and network protocols.Experience with security frameworks and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Proven ability to drive process improvements within a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial audiences.Highly collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
