The role: In this role you will be a key member of the team creating enterprise applications needed to design, build, and operate the organizationu2019s business services. You will be responsible for the technical and functional support to software product development in SAP S/4. About the team Amazon Leo for Government (ALG) team is responsible for a suite of products to automate and optimize business operations for Amazon Leo for Government (ALG). This is anchored in business process modeling and configuring SAP ERPu2019s enterprise capabilities to streamline and optimize critical business processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), and Make-to-Order (MTO). The team also owns Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Pricing systems. The solutions are built to comply with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business-related field - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANAPreferred Qualifications- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership - Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience - Experience in the aerospace and defense sector.
