Position Overview This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of a multi-business group warehouse. Your focus is to establish a working relationship with the 3PLSite Supervisor. Work in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task is essential for this role. This includes monitoring daily inbound/outbound work activities, manage inventory, put away and daily cycle counts. Maintain key performance indicators, implement process improvements and support a safe work environment. We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of u201cgiving our world more smiles.u201d Visit: Job Description Responsibilities: + Support teamwork and maintain an open line of communication. + Monitor inventory activities and review daily cycle counts. + Review put away, picking and shipping discrepancies with the leadership team and provide + Support along with training tools. + Complete documents for shipping errors and/or chargebacks. + Verify inbound activities and ensure J-Sox guidelines are being followed. + Provide order release support for Planners/Schedulers. + Maintain documents for 90-day Large Generator Hazmat Waste pickup. + Work closely with Supply chain, Procurement, Customer Service, IT, and TMS to maintain + daily requirements. + Order office/warehouse supplies. + Complete performance activities and coachingu2019s. + Compliant with ISO-14001 practices. + Follow safe warehouse practices. + Other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Education: + High School graduate. Bacheloru2019s degree preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution operations or comparable experience. + Demonstrate knowledge of inventory management practices. + Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders. + Strong verbal and written skills, maintain strong customer relationships and follow through on commitments. Desired Skills: + SAP LES, WMS or other ERP WH systems. + Proficiency in all Microsoft office products.
