HR Specialist I

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a HR Specialist I to join their team. As a HR Specialist I, you will be part of the HR Technology group supporting Talent Acquisition and HR systems. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a good understanding of the recruiting process, and technical knowledge of applicant tracking systems, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: HR Specialist I Location: Pittsburgh, PA Pay Range: DOE Shift: 7:30am-4:30pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm What's the Job? + Provide technical support for HR Talent Acquisition systems, including troubleshooting and system configuration. + Respond to support tickets via ServiceNow, email, phone, and instant messaging, ensuring excellent customer service. + Collaborate with HR and IT teams to investigate and resolve system issues, escalating complex problems as needed. + Assist in system testing, updates, and enhancements to improve HR technology processes. + Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for system support activities. What's Needed? + Minimum 1 year of experience supporting HR or recruiting systems. + Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly. + Understanding of the end-to-end recruiting process and applicant tracking systems. + Basic technical knowledge related to HR systems, with familiarity in tools like Oracle Recruiting Cloud or Taleo being a plus. + Ability to work independently, analyze issues, and develop solutions.
