Senior Project Manager

Job Description Insight Global is supporting a leading company within the HVAC and piping industry in the search for a Senior Project Manager to support its Industrial Group. This individual will play a critical leadership role overseeing complex, large-scale industrial projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving execution across engineering, procurement, and construction environments. Key Responsibilities u2003u2022 Lead and manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk u2003u2022 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal leadership throughout the project lifecycle u2003u2022 Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost forecasts u2003u2022 Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors u2003u2022 Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies u2003u2022 Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies u2003u2022 Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior leadership u2003u2022 Manage change orders, contract administration, and documentation u2003u2022 Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and best practices Mentor and support junior project managers and project team members We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
