Job Title: General Production Worker - 1st Shift Job Description Join our team as a General Production Worker on the 1st Shift, where you will play a vital role in processing and packaging castings to meet customer specifications. This position offers an opportunity to start your career with no prior experience required as we provide comprehensive training. Responsibilities + Read process sheets to process and package castings according to customer specifications or Supervisor's instructions. + Safely use handheld high-speed abrasive tools, files, and hammers to remove metal from castings. + Verify conformance to specifications during air grinding operations. + Maintain equipment by changing belts and lubrication as necessary. + Ensure cleanliness of the work area. + Contribute to team activities, including process and safety improvement.
