Supply Chain Ops/Service Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Ops/Service Specialist to join their team. As a Supply Chain Ops/Service Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Supply Chain Ops/Service Specialist Location: Eagan, MN Pay Range: $22 - $23/hour Shift: Weekdays, 8:00AM - 4:30PM What's the Job? + Perform complex support tasks within the supply chain or operations, including analyzing operational reports and interfacing with carriers on requirements. + Receive and process documents for accuracy, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of customers, carriers, and procedures. + Utilize databases and software systems to locate, verify, and resolve complex operational data issues. + Address escalated customer questions regarding shipments, billing, and services, providing effective solutions. + Track orders and shipments, assist with tracing, and communicate with carriers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
