Sales Order Management Specialist u2013 Raritan, NJ Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Sales Order Management Specialist at one of our Global clients in Raritan, NJ or Cincinnati, OH. Title: Sales Order Management Specialist Location: Raritan (08859) or Cincinnati Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO Hours: M-F 8 hour shift; day shift Duration: through the end of the year Responsibilities: + Lead monitoring and streamlining order management holds, including identifying, evaluating, and resolving holds on critical customer orders. + Perform daily review of order monitoring holds, analyze data against historical purchases and approved thresholds, and provide order resolution recommendation + Inform customers of hold status and next steps, providing clear, timely updates + Coordinate with internal teams sales, operations, supply chain, deliver to drive corrective actions and remove systemic blockers. + Maintain detailed documentation, report order management KPIs aging, resolution time, recurrence , and recommend process improvements to reduce future holds. + Possess passion for delivering results to customers while working well under pressure, working in a team environment + Prepares documentation to adequately document variances and analysis + Complete data scrubbing/reconciliation for order processing + Perform internal adjustments, validation checks, and ensure the quality of all required supporting documents provided + Effectively communicate with upper-level management and external customers in both a written and verbal manner + Complete all training by established due dates Qualifications: + Bachelor s degree + Minimum 2-3 years professional business or order management experience + Familiarity with order management and/or ERP systems + Proficiency level with MS Office Suite including Excel advanced skills and VLOOKUP s and Pivot tables + Must work well under pressure, ability to multi- task, and work in team environment + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills + A strong attention to details is imperative with the ability to multitask and ability to manage high volume of transactions in a results oriented, high-pressure setting Apply now for immediate consideration _Please do not contact your local Kelly branch office as it is not filling this position. #p1_ As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
