VP/SVP Non-for-Profit

Description We're hiring a driven, entrepreneurial banking leader to build and lead our newly launched Non-For-Profit Banking Team u2014 a ground-floor opportunity to shape a growing sector from the inside. As Team Leader, you'll manage and grow an existing non-profit client portfolio while leading new business development for this expanding initiative. Over time, you'll mentor Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers, collaborate with Cash Management Officers, and help extend our banking services across the Retail Network. What you will do: + Build and launch the Non-For-Profit banking program, bringing the full suite of bank services to market + Manage and grow existing non-profit relationships through cross-selling (loans, deposits, cash management, business credit cards) + Drive new client acquisition and be the primary engine of growth for this segment + Develop policies, procedures, and underwriting strategies tailored to the non-profit market + Streamline deal origination and credit approvals within the Bank's risk parameters + Lead, mentor, and guide Relationship and Portfolio Managers as the team grows + Collaborate with Cash Management and Retail leadership to broaden service offerings + Represent the organization in the community and at industry events Requirements Requirements + 10+ years of Non-For-Profit Banking experience + Current VP looking for a promotion or SVP with a solid book and development process. + Comfortable working with C-Suite to design, strategize, and launch in 90 days this new team.
