Clinic Dietitian u2013 13-Week Contract Heartland Indiana PACE Location: 700 East Walnut Street, Evansville, IN 47713 Contract Length: 13 Weeks Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 8:00 AM u2013 4:30 PM (40 hours/week) Start Date: March 30, 2026 Local Weekly Pay: $53/hour Amergis Healthcare Staffing is working with Heartland Indiana PACE seeking a dedicated Clinic Dietitian to support its interdisciplinary care team in delivering high-quality nutritional services to an elderly population in a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) setting. This role focuses on providing comprehensive nutrition assessments, creating individualized care plans, and supporting participants through ongoing monitoring, education, and dietary counseling. As a Clinic Dietitian, you will coordinate all phases of nutrition care in both clinic and community-based environments. This includes evaluating nutritional needs, creating diet modifications, educating participants and families, and collaborating closely with providers, nurses, and social workers to support patient health goals. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful, relationship-based care and wants to make a difference in the daily lives of older adults. The position requires the ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a larger care team. Youu2019ll be engaging with participants who have diverse medical, dietary, and psychosocial needs. Strong communication skills, empathy, and clinical judgment are essential.
