About the role Responsible for leading all aspects of day-to-day soft services in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. These services will include Janitorial, dining services and events. Will partner closely with Soft Service Manager, contracted vendors, and client QA and facility teams. This role will have a heavy focus on vendor management, ensuring contracts are fulfilled, GMP documentation, work order management and managing corrective actions associated with deviations. This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday in Lebanon, IN. What youu2019ll do + In partnership with local management oversees the day-to-day work flow of contracted vendors to ensure deadlines and accurate procedures; resolves client concerns and answers questions regarding policies and procedures. Handles day-to-day issues as they arise. Ability to identify and appropriately bring up sensitive issues. + Provides supervision to contracted vendors for Soft Services for the Lebanon, IN campus. Provides assistance such as technical mentorship, and/or training. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments. Monitors performance and ensures contract fulfillment. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values. + Oversees the general administrative tasks of local client services team to ensure deliverables are complete and resources are deployed where needed. + Communicates with client and facility occupants to ensure customer happiness and improve opportunities to expand contract scope. + May be responsible for helping to support local accounting and finance activities including payables, revenue transactions, forecasting and budgeting, in partnership with business operations, division finance and corporate finance. May be responsible for local P&L oversight. + Reviews all vendor work and assures performance in accordance with established client procedures and safety protocols. + Will act as a backup resource to support any function, as required. + Maintains accurate metrics on the performance of maintenance tasks and provide timely reports to management. What youu2019ll need + Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years validated experience. + Soft services vendor management preferred. The minimum salary for the Head of Maintenance and Construction Projects position is $164,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Head of Maintenance and Construction Projects position is $220,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREu2019s applicable benefit program.
