Title: Pellet Mill Operator Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour (DOE) Hours: All shifts available Location: Hope, AR Benefits: Full benefits package #Skilled1125 Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and safety-minded Pellet Mill Operator to join a manufacturing facility in Hope, AR. This position is responsible for operating pellet mill equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. All shifts are available. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor pellet mill machinery and related equipment Adjust machine settings to maintain proper pellet quality and production flow Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment Monitor temperatures, pressures, and material flow throughout the process Record production data and report any mechanical or quality issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Assist with preventative maintenance and shutdown/startup procedures as needed Work closely with maintenance and production teams to meet daily goals Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing, mill operations, or industrial equipment preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Ability to work all shifts, including nights and weekends if scheduled Strong attention to safety and quality standards Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Benefits: Competitive hourly pay ($18-$22 DOE) Full benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunity for long-term employment and advancement
