Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to join our team in Collierville, Tennessee. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting various sales-related tasks. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: u2022 Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely entry into the system. u2022 Provide detailed product pricing, availability information, and competitor comparisons. u2022 Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and enhance sales. u2022 Manage and maintain contract documentation for national accounts. u2022 Generate and analyze reports related to backorders, open orders, and shipping schedules. u2022 Collaborate with customers to coordinate shipping schedules, material requirements, and order changes. u2022 Resolve order discrepancies and address customer concerns promptly and effectively. u2022 Support Inside Sales, Sales, and Customer Service teams by managing order-related tasks and updates. u2022 Coordinate with warehouse teams to handle large return requests efficiently. u2022 Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in EDI processes. u2022 Experience working in an ERP like SAP, Oracle, etc. u2022 Proven experience in sales support, order management, or customer service. u2022 Strong proficiency in order entry and management processes. u2022 Ability to analyze and interpret sales reports and data. u2022 Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. u2022 Familiarity with post-sales support and resolving order discrepancies. u2022 Knowledge of inbound and outbound sales practices. u2022 Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
