N Position Type Management Pay Range: $110,400-$149,200 annually Bonus Eligible: Y JOB SUMMARY As the Sr. Manager, Change Management and Communications you will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the creation and execution of change management and communication strategies for several high-priority HR initiatives globally. The ideal candidate brings experience in managing technology, people and process changes through creative and operational engagement strategies that drive awareness, reduce risk to the business, facilitate buy-in and generate excitement across key stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge for communications and change management best practices as well as a collaborative work style that thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree required; graduate degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, Business Management, or Related Field u00b7 Minimum of six years of experience supporting or leading change management, communications, employee engagement u00b7 Experience influencing business leaders, providing communication and change management support Preferred u00b7 Strong writer and copy editor, translating complex or technical information into a digestible narrative u00b7 Ability to create visual materials, on brand and designed to engage associates u00b7 Strong facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills to drive productive outcomes u00b7 Expertise in performing change diagnostic work and needs assessments u00b7 Strong program and project management skills essential, including the knowledge of the project lifecycle phases CORE WORK ACTIVITIES u00b7 Design and execute effective communication and change management strategies that reduce risks, inform and inspire and drive adoption of new processes, technologies and/or behaviors u00b7 Manage multiple priorities on time in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work environment u00b7 Lead the execution of key change management deliverables including focus groups and insights gathering, impact assessments, risk analysis, stakeholder analysis and more u00b7 Lead the creation, review and distribution of internal communications and engagement tactics including presentations and talking points, direct email, webinar development and execution, creative content and videos, intranet UI, and more u00b7 Partner with HR teams to measure success in support of full life-cycle deployment efforts as well as ad-hoc projects - from assessment to implementation to sustainment u00b7 Identify and resolve issues and risks, provide timely updates to leadership u00b7 Provide input to ensure learning programs, training, and support materials are effective u00b7 Manage senior level clients/stakeholders within and outside of HR to translate business needs into change and engagement solutions u00b7 Write and edit clear and concise communications; create visually appealing materials u00b7 Lead the creation and execution of key deliverables like: o Communication and training strategy o Change impact analyses and stakeholder assessments to determine change management needs for diverse audiences o Deployment readiness checklists o Creative materials u2013 videos, posters, graphics, flyers o Facilitate meetings, reviews, and work collaboratively across the organization to produce effective results o Measurement strategy to measure the effectiveness of change management and deployment efforts; set targets, track results and create plans to improve programs _At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
