Energy Marshall at Actalent in Kuna, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Title: Energy MarshallJob Description The Energy Marshall is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all changes in energy events on site. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure project schedules are maintained. The Energy Marshall will also lead and direct the documentation related to energy changes and audit these documents in the field. Additionally, they will assist in the commissioning process to ensure compliance with site-specific Control of Hazardous Energy Requirements. Responsibilities + Assist in creating and maintaining site-specific Control of Hazardous Energy requirements. + Review and validate safety programs of trade partners, vendors, and third parties. + Authorize all applications for on-site energy changes. + Support the commissioning process to ensure startup activities meet site-specific energy requirements. + Effectively communicate with stakeholders including project owners, staff, trade partners, and vendors. + Participate in the six-step quality control/safety process. + Maintain documentation associated with energy change requests. + Conduct field audits to match authorized applications. + Identify hazardous conditions and establish safe boundaries. + Evaluate field activities and ensure adherence to processes. + Report discrepancies to the Project Management Team. + Coordinate with utility providers to ensure on-site safety. + Identify operational requirements for voltages from low to high voltage power transmissions. + Coordinate with vendors and trade partners for safe equipment operation. + Participate in First Time Energizations and other commissioning activities. + Provide on-site training in electrical safety and awareness. + Request, collect, and catalog submittals from trade partners. + Brand and assemble materials for project manuals and reports. + Integrate with Facility Solutions and Commissioning Associates. + Develop and coordinate system readiness and performance test drafts. + Conduct field observations to verify construction status. + Coordinate and participate in videography efforts for owner training. + Lead and mentor Facility Solution Associates. + Implement activities related to Operational Project Readiness.
