If y ou are a proven leader who is ready to drive all aspects of shipboard tactical SIGINT, and MULTI-INT solutions developed by CACI for program offices within U.S. Navy PEO C4I: u2022 You will lead a cross-functional team of Assistant Program Managers, Program Analysts, Systems Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts delivering world class capabilities for the Navy SIGINT community u2022 Y ou and your team will deliver on CACIu2019s contract performance commitments to the Navy, develop strategies to advance Navy airborne SIGINT and Multi-INT capabilities, and collaborate with your customer to identify unmet mission needs and develop and deliver solutions Responsibilities: u2022 Manage all technical, schedule, budget, and personnel requirements for CACIu2019s Navy Surface Program u2022 Responsibility for one or more CACI prime contracts u2022 Provide periodic program updates to the customer including quarterly program reviews capturing technical and program (milestones, expenditures, risks) execution u2022 Proactively identify risks, develop and execution mitigation strategies as a partner to Customer representatives in the corresponding specialties of Information Assurance, Flight Readiness/Fitness for Flight, Global Network Connectivity, and mission support systems u2022 Form and foster customer relationships to develop the strategy and plans to advance and grow the customer core Multi-INT cross-platform tactical mission u2022 Translate customer mission needs and opportunities into program strategies, plans, and requirements u2022 Manage a cross-functional program team comprised of Project Managers, System Engineers, Program Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEu2019s) u2022 Coordinate with internal functional teams to identify staffing requirements to fulfill customer objectives u2022 Lead proposal and contract activities including business and technical responses to customer requests for proposal, drafting of statement of technical objectives, drafting of proposal volumes, etc. Qualifications: _Required:_ u2022 Typically requires a degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years work experience in a technical field related to Signals Intelligence or other Multi-INT technologies u2022 Typically requires 5+ years technical supervisory/management experience u2022 Ability to understand and effectively explain technical architectures and implementations associated with complex Multi-INT and distributed intelligence solutions to Customer Leadership and Subject Matter Experts u2022 Exceptional interpersonal skills including active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution u2022 High degree of attention to detail and organization skills u2022 Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining cooperative, force multiplying relationships with peers within the company _Desired:_ u2022 MS or PhD degree in electrical or computer engineering or computer science u2022 Experience interacting with government contracting and acquisition processes u2022 Experience running multi-objective, multi-disciplinary program u2022 Relevant subject matter expertise in the Airborne Multi-INT systems u2022 Experience managing program(s) with budgets greater than $10M u2022 Experience serving as the primary customer interface for a program, with responsibility for development, implementation, and execution of an overall strategy u2022 Experience with earned value management - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
