EHS Systems Manager II

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview Based in Milwaukee and reporting tothe VP EHS, the EHS Systems Manager will play a key role across theorganization in achieving the company's EHS goals, with the focus oncontinuously improving Regal Rexnord's EHS management system, reducinginjuries and incidents and driving cultural improvements. In this role,you will work with a diverse team across our global manufacturing anddistribution footprint in the execution of our EHS strategy. You will beresponsible for maintaining and improving Regal Rexnord's EHSManagement system SharePoint site, information management systems andother EHS applications. You will create various EHS reports and analyzedata trends in addition to training and coaching leaders on standardwork practices. Key Responsibilities Maintain and drive continuousimprovements related to Regal Rexnord's enterprise EHS informationmanagement systems, applications and EHS SharePoint site Work with adiverse team to develop standard operating procedures and associateddocuments in line with Regal Rexnord's EHS management system Develop,implement and lead training programs and processes to improve the skillsets of site EHS professionals and other leaders Conduct periodic sitelevel audits to ensure data reporting and accuracy Report key metricsand provide trend analysis Train associate's in data reportingrequirements and standard operating procedures Collaborate withcross-functional teams to implement processes and technologies thatsupport the organization's EHS strategy, goals, and targets Provideincident and injury investigation, incident reporting management andcase strategic direction and oversight for the facility, to includeworkers' compensation management. Ensure compliance with Federal,State, Local requirements and policies Provide oversight, auditreadiness and mentorship for compliance audits and corrective actionmanagement. Assist in developing leading indicators that drivecontinuous improvement in injury prevention and the EHS ManagementSystem. Administer online contractor safety management databases ISN &Avetta. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in safety,environmental or related fields Must be a persistent self-starter whocan work effectively and lead others with minimum oversight. Incumbentmust be able to work effectively with all levels in the organization andwith individuals outside of the company.
