Security Account Manager u2013 Full Time u2013 Milwaukee, WI _We offer a full benefits package, PTO, weekly pay, and more_ Schedule: Must have 2nd and 3rd shift availability Rate: $65,000/Year High-Profile Multi-Site Portfolio Leadership-Focused Role We are seeking an experienced Security Account Manager to oversee a large, high-profile account consisting of multiple sites and service lines, including mobile patrol, static guarding, and SOC operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, developing frontlines leadership, maintaining strong client partnerships, and ensuring program consistency in a high-expectation environment. What Your Day May Look Like Client Leadership & Partnership + Serve as primary liaison for a high-profile client. + Lead monthly performance and business review meetings. + Monitor KPIs and ensure contractual service standards are consistently met. + Develop corrective action plans to address performance gaps. + Build and maintain a trusted, solutions-oriented client relationship. Operational Oversight + Manage multiple sites, including mobile patrol, static guarding, and SOC operations. + Ensure full staffing coverage and operational continuity across all shifts. + Maintain active visibility during 2nd and 3rd shift operations. + Support 1st shift business hours for client meetings, leadership alignment, and operational oversight. + Conduct routine site visits and operational audits. + Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, and cost control measures. + Develop, revise, and implement post orders to ensure clear expectations, compliance, and consistent service delivery. Team Leadership & Development + Lead supervisors and frontline teams across multiple shifts. + Address disciplinary matters promptly and professionally. + Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and prepare high-potential employees for advancement. + Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Compliance & Quality Assurance + Ensure adherence to post orders, policies, and regulatory requirements. + Oversee incident reporting accuracy and investigative follow-up. + Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when necessary.
