As theAdministrative Assistant III in our Housing Facilities office, you'llbe the hub of communication and coordination that keeps our operationsrunning smoothly. From supporting staff and residents to ensuringdocumentation is accurate and in compliance, your work directlyinfluences service quality and resident satisfaction. This position iskey to providing reliable, responsive customer service within HousingFacilities, ensuring clear communication and timely support forstudents, residents and contractors. Work Schedule: The primary schedulefor this position is Monday - Friday between hours of 7:00am - 4:00pmwith a 30-minute lunch The schedule will be set with the selectedfinalist at the time of offer. Any future schedule adjustments will bereviewed with consideration for operational needs. Key JobResponsibilities: Schedules logistics and secures resources formeetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations Serves as aprimary point of contact for individuals and groups, providesorganizational information via phone, in person, and through othercommunication mediums Prepares and audits complex records, editsdocuments, and reviews work done by others Develops, sends, receives,copies, and distributes communications to the appropriate entitiesaccording to established policies and procedures Develops, implements,and maintains methods and organizational systems directed at themaintenance of electronic/physical records related to work operationsaccording to established policies and procedures Train student staff inoffice related tasks Conduct building inspections.Department: Divisionof University Housing, University Housing Facilities Housing Facilitiesis part of the Division of University Housing at the University ofWisconsin-Madison.
