Office is located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania._ The Manager, Information Technology oversees the management, coordination, and capacity planning of assigned resources, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. This role partners with IT and business leadership to develop and execute technology strategies that drive quality, stability, and long-term sustainability. This position bridges strategic leadership with technical expertise and advances operational efficiency, innovation, and measurable business value.
