Clinical Research Assistant (Pulmonary) - #Staff

Researchers at Johns Hopkins University conduct clinical trials and clinical studies to discover new ways to prevent and treat diseases and other health problems. We are seeking a _Clinical Research Assistant_ who will provide routine support to the research team by helping implement steps and processes of a clinical research protocol. Specific Duties & Responsibilities + Collect study data as required by the protocol, e.g., interviews, surveys, clinical procedures, etc. + Perform data entry and organize data in approved systems. + Gain and use a basic understanding of the clinical study background and rationale for communication with potential and current participants. + Assist with routine contact of study participants. + Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications + High school diploma or graduation equivalent. + Six months of work experience. + Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula. Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
