The attorney will prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, represent clients in court, and work with creditors, trustees, and courts to resolve financial issues.Core Responsibilities:u00b7 Assess a client's financial situation to determine their eligibility for different types of bankruptcy, such as Chapter 7 or 13. A significant part of the role involves advising clients on their options and ensuring they understand the process.u00b7 Provide legal counsel on the advantages, risks, and consequences of filing for bankruptcy.u00b7 Analyze financial records, contracts, and other documents to assess client eligibility and develop legal strategies.u00b7 Draft, review, and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and other court documents.u00b7 Represent clients in various proceedings, including hearings, confirmation hearings, and the mandatory
