And ifthat's you we would love to have you join us Job Description JoinRockwell Automation as a VMI Supply Planner and play a key role inkeeping our global distribution network running smoothly. In this role,you'll partner closely with distributors and internal teams to ensurethe right products are in the right place at the right time-balancingservice, inventory, and operational efficiency. You'll work a hybrid schedule out of ourMilwaukee, WI office and report to the Manager ofDistribution-Manufacturer Integration, North America. YourResponsibilities: Manage daily replenishment of Distributor stock byreviewing and releasing orders to align with service expectations.Manage weekly reviews of planning parameters and customer profiles tobalance inventory and service goals. Analyze indicators as well assuggest and implement distributor-specific improvement activities (i.e.monitor actual performance against the targeted service levels, andprovide a summary of operation results for management). Create anddistribute ad-hoc reports. Facilitate ongoing VMI performance reviewmeetings with Distributor management teams. Monitor EDI transactions toensure receipt and process, identify Distributor business systemissues/inconsistencies that influence the quality and integrity of thedata processed. Develop partnerships with the Supply Chain, Channel, andDistributor teams to promote information sharing, project awareness, andthe Connected Supply Chain. Support projects of Rockwell Automation'sS&OP Process. Identify opportunities to reduce the total cost ofRockwell Automation's global supply chain by optimizing the globaldistribution network.
