PositionOverview The Senior Commercial Analytics Specialist is responsible foranalyzing the performance of the brand and the execution of thecommercial channels that propel the brand, by developing key strategicinitiatives, and aligning on KPIs. The tasks include strategizing,processing, and organizing data, synthesizing data, and performingdescriptive and predictive analyses, and creating reporting dashboards.This role will provide key insights to business partners withincommercial organizations to inform business decisions. The team deploysa variety of exciting analytical software and techniques that theanalyst will be able to simultaneously use and learn. Essential DutiesInclude, but are not limited to, the following: Use descriptive andadvanced analytics methods to generate actionable insights from largequantities of third party and/or enterprise data. Create and communicatethe story through the data, using appropriate visualizations. Lead crossfunctional partnerships to understand business requirements, transformthe requirements into analytical frameworks, and articulate the resultsin an actionable, cogent fashion to drive decisions. Collaborate withCommercial team members to identify performance KPIs and createautomated reports to track those KPIs. Consistently build effectiverelationships with team members and clients; ability to influencedirectly and indirectly. Lead improvement efforts for reporting andtracking mechanisms (tools and processes) to support effective, accuratedata analysis. Contribute to and support data management efforts thatenable data to be used for business reporting and analytics. Process andsynthesize complex data and ensure data integrity and accuracy.Proactively anticipates needs of the customer and delivers qualityresults independently. May actively coach and mentor junior teammembers.
