Candidates must have Epic Healthy Planet and Ambulatory certifications Candidates must have prior implementation experience with Epic Healthy Planet Candidates must be okay with traveling onsite one week for the first few months, then during go live Description Our client, is in need of 1 Epic Healthy Planet certified Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This role is primarily remote and will very likely be extended well past the initial 6 month duration date. The projects this resource will be assisting with are: Medicare Advantage, Advanced Risk Adjustment Framework, predictive models, cogito/reporting, just a few. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of recent Epic healthy planet build experience, ideally with Epicu2019s Advanced Risk Adjustment Framework and Provider Workflow Enhancements work. Day to day this resource will be working with various end users to gather & build requirements, building/developing, testing and bringing things live. This will also include any end user support during go live, too. Key Responsibilities u2022 Interview users and stakeholders to develop business, functional, and technical requirements. u2022 Create test plans, technical documentation, release notes, endu2011user guides, and training materials. u2022 Analyze and document business processes; communicate requirements through data models, process flowcharts, and technical specifications. u2022 Break down gathered information into detailed data sources, data types, user roles, interface needs, reporting needs, and administrative system needs. u2022 Present concepts clearly using narratives, diagrams, and storyboards. u2022 Research industry practices, analyze data, and deliver findings in written or oral presentations with visual aids. u2022 Coordinate user groups and project teams, including scheduling meetings and managing minutes and followu2011up activities. u2022 Collaborate across teams to create designs, mockups, and prototypes. u2022 Explain technical design issues to nonu2011technical audiences. u2022 Contribute effectively within a fastu2011paced team environment. u2022 Lead business initiatives involving complex projects. u2022 Work within timelines and resource constraints defined by the PMO. u2022 Maintain ongoing communication with users, managers, directors, and vendors to support current initiatives. u2022 Demonstrate experience with HL7 communications and working in a PMO with crossu2011functional teams. u2022 Perform additional duties as required. u2022 Maintain current Epic certification (current or one version prior). u2022 Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and a solid experience in clinical healthcare technologies and processes. ufeff Skills Epic, Epic certified, Health care, Epic ambulatory, population health, quality reporting, hedis quality, CMS quality, MIPS, MVP, MACRA, healthy planet cert, healthy planet, ambulatory, ACO, Meaningful use Top Skills Details Epic, Epic certified, Health care,Epic ambulatory, population health,quality reporting, hedis quality, CMS quality, MIPS, MVP, MACRA, healthy planet cert,healthy planet, ambulatory Additional Skills & Qualifications Quality reporting experience, Population health experience: quality reporting such as MA, ACOs, MSSP and meaningful use.
