JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYThe Lead Accounting Analyst willsupport our Breakthrough division and is responsible for handling andmanaging complex tasks, often involving strategic analysis and a broaderscope of responsibilities. This role involves leading and managingfinance projects, directly managing Accounting Analysts, and overseeingfinancial planning. The position aims to develop a high level ofbusiness acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, serving as asubject matter expert. This position will be located onsite in GreenBay, WI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage complex finance projects,ensuring timely and accurate completion. Oversee financial planningprocesses, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financialstrategy. Directly or indirectly manage a team of analysts, providingguidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Conduct strategicfinancial analysis to support high-level decision-making. Develop andmaintain complex financial models to forecast and analyze financialperformance. Ensure compliance with company policies, accountingstandards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and review monthly,quarterly, and annual financial statements. Collaborate with seniormanagement to develop and implement financial strategies. Prepare auditdocumentation and respond to audit inquiries. Maintain accurate andorganized financial records. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
