Job Description u2022u2003Lead EPM efforts: architecting, implementing, and maturing CyberArk EPM across the environment u2022u2003Support end-user adoption of CyberArku2019s Endpoint Privilege Manager u2022u2003Troubleshoot issues related to endpoint privilege, agent behavior, or policy enforcement u2022u2003Handle new user onboarding for EPM u2022u2003Monitor ServiceNow intake queue for EPM-related tickets u2022u2003Reach out proactively to end users to troubleshoot and walk them through solutions u2022u2003Work cross-functionally with other admins and teams u2022u2003Ensure strong communication and presence when interacting with other users or business customers We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
