JOB DESCRIPTION:Assistant Prosecuting Attorney assigned to the Civil Division. The attorney will be responsible for conducting research and providing legal opinions to various county officials. Additionally, the attorney will be handling contracts, delinquent tax and foreclosures, and other legal matters that the civil division may require.
