This role supports the implementation and maintenance of quality systems and compliance programs that help ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our products.At our Green Bay facility, you'll play an important role in supporting food safety and quality programs that help deliver trusted products to customers across the country. This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in food safety systems while working alongside experienced quality and manufacturing professionals in a collaborative plant environment. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Support management of manufacturing compliance documentation in alignment with federal, state, and internal standardsAssist in the development, implementation, and revision of quality assurance and sanitation programs and policiesSupport regulatory and manufacturing compliance activities by researching and documenting emerging issues and industry standardsAssist with preparation for internal and external audits, including document reviews and audit readiness activitiesSupport investigation and documentation of quality-related issues including customer complaints, product holds, and deviationsAssist with development and administration of quality and food safety training content and support updates within the Learning Management SystemSupport implementation and maintenance of quality systems such as Document Control, SPC, SQF, HACCP, and other food safety initiativesCollaborate with R&D and other cross-functional teams to support product quality improvement, plant testing, and process validation activitiesAssist with tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality systems and audit performanceReview microbiological and technical data to support identification of trends and corrective or preventive actionsSupport supplier compliance monitoring, product specifications management, and continuous improvement activities Important Details : This is a full-time, on-site role on first shift. Occasional flexibility may be required to support alternate shifts. You'll fit right in if you have: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, or related field preferredMinimum of two (2) years of experience in food manufacturing quality, food safety, laboratory environments, or related industries preferredFoundational knowledge of food safety regulations, quality systems, and auditing practices preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and support implementation of solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications requiredExperience with SAP or other enterprise systems preferredSQF certification exposure or food safety auditing experience preferred Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!
