We specialize in constructing, retro-fitting, and repairing bridges - as well as specialized pavement overlays. We work all over the country for various DOT’s and Public Works Agencies. Our seasoned crews and management work as one to complete projects quickly and efficiently, to the Owner’s satisfaction. ResponsibilitiesTracking Production and InventoryHandling Subcontracts and Purchase OrdersJob billingsCoordinating Varying Work Schedules (Day/Night)Working Closely with Project Managers, Subcontractors/Suppliers, DOT’s/OwnersAssisting Project Managers and Field Engineers in their dutiesCollecting quantities for payment QualificationsCurrently studying for a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.Ability to read and understand project plans will be very helpful but is not required.Excellent computer skills, a willingness to learn, good organizational and time management skills, ability to work as a team, great communication skills (verbal and written), ability to work without direct supervision, and enthusiasm to get to work are all essential to this job.Reliable transportation to and from the office is a must!Desired Experience: 0-4 pensation $20-$24 /hour.
