As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a creative, data-driven B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to help us engage travel advisors, drive demand, and fuel company growth.This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and the travel industry. You’ll work closely with our Sales Team to create impactful campaigns, engaging content, and high-performing digital marketing assets that strengthen relationships with travel advisors and partners.If you love storytelling through marketing, designing compelling campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and working in a fast-moving startup environment, this could be a perfect fit.✨ What You’ll DoStrategic Digital MarketingIdentify growth opportunities within the travel industry through market research and analysisDevelop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenueOwn campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines and outcomes are metContent Creation & Campaign ExecutionCreate high-quality marketing assets including emails, PDFs, flyers, one-pagers, social content, and training materialsManage content across email, webinars, social media, and website updatesEnsure all content aligns with brand guidelines and audience needsSales & Growth AlignmentPartner closely with the Sales Team to support advisor engagement and agency growthSupport webinars and marketing initiatives that drive advisor participation and pipeline growthIdentify opportunities to expand reach and strengthen advisor relationshipsPerformance & OptimizationTrack campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and engagementOptimize campaigns to meet or exceed industry benchmarksManage multiple priorities while delivering marketing assets on timeAdvisor & Partner EngagementCommunicate with travel advisors and partners, ensuring timely and professional responsesMonitor market feedback and online chatter to provide insights to the teamInnovation & EfficiencyLeverage AI tools, marketing platforms, and automation to improve productivityCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Training, and Product teams? What We’re Looking For3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, travel, or agency-facing industriesStrong email marketing and design skillsExperience creating marketing collateral (PDFs, flyers, branded assets)Video editing experience for short-form marketing or training contentAbility to translate business challenges into multi-channel marketing campaignsData-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance metricsStrong organization skills and ability to manage multiple deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment?
