DOEJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Crew Leader to lead a 2-3 person crew installing commercial permanent and temporary fence including: wood, chain link, PVC, aluminum, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in constructing and installing various types of fencing, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in diverse outdoor environments.*Fence Installation Experience Required!*Benefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceCompensation Package:Bonus opportunitiesOvertime payDutiesMeasure and mark fence lines according to specifications.Install various types of fences including wood, vinyl, chain link, and wrought iron.Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations.Perform heavy lifting as required for materials such as posts, panels, and concrete.Prepare the site by clearing debris and leveling ground as necessary.Mix and pour concrete for fence posts and other structures.Conduct repairs on existing fences as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.SkillsProficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to fencing installation.Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.Experience with hardscape elements related to fencing projects.Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and practices.Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques for installing posts securely.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot installation issues on-site.Experience & Professional Requirements:Fence installation experience isa a mustClean criminal historyValid Driver's License with no suspensions within the last 3 years. CDL is preferred.Drug-free workplaceExperience driving 2-3 ton trucks and towing trailersWillingness to perform physically demanding work in a variety of environmentUSD $18.03 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
