Dewatering Technical Manager

The manager will be responsible for estimating, proposal writing, dewatering design development, client relations, and business development. The manager must possess the technical skills and abilities to design temporary construction dewatering systems.Minimum bachelor’s Degree in geology / civil engineering; construction management or similar degreeAbility to size and design a temporary dewatering systemEstimating and proposal writing skillset/experience Minimum 5-10 years’ progressively relevant experience in the construction dewatering, groundwater treatment, environmental, or geotechnical construction industryProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent communication skills (oral/written)Demonstrated leadership skillsGood judgment and decision-making skillsAble to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelinesAnalytical, detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable, team playerSalary Range: $100,000 - $150,000Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by lawBenefits:401(k) + matchingHealth, Dental, Vision insuranceLife insuranceCompany provided vehiclePaid time off (PTO)Holiday PayKeller is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
