Western Son Distillery is a Texas-born craft spirits company based in Pilot Point. Founded in 2011, we produce award-winning vodka distilled ten times from 100% American corn, along with a bold lineup of real-fruit flavors. We’re a team rooted in quality, creativity, and community, carrying forward a genuine “spirit of the West” in everything we make.Located in Pilot Point, Texas, Western Son Distillery operates out of a historic, repurposed factory just north of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.Western Son Distillery is seeking a detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to support daily materials and warehouse operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing materials, supporting packaging line operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are staged and available to meet production schedules. The Materials Coordinator works closely with operations, distribution, and logistics teams to ensure materials flow efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized facility.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and prepare shipments for customer purchase orders, internal transfers, and merchandise orders.Perform regular inventory counts on raw materials and finished goods to maintain accurate inventory records.Receive and unload inbound trucks, verifying shipments and ensuring materials are properly recorded and stored.Stage and supply materials to packaging lines to support scheduled production runs.Conduct routine walkthroughs of warehouse and production areas to ensure materials are properly located and organized.Coordinate with truck drivers and internal teams to verify shipping documentation and ensure accurate order fulfillment.Requirements (Must-Have)High School DiplomaMinimum 2 years of experience in materials coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain support.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation.Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment in a warehouse or production environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Reliable attendance and ability to support onsite operations.Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as Oracle or Provia.Experience using RFID scanners or handheld inventory management devices.Experience in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing environments.Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and shipment scheduling.Experience picking, staging, and preparing materials for production or distribution operations.Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, as well as FSA options. 401k with employer matching, PTO and growth opportunities.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
