The ideal candidate has extensive bus knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What You Will GainCompetitive benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, and vacation payContinuous training to provide you the opportunity to develop your full potential and be a true business partnerAccess to an expansive network of mentors and networking opportunitiesTop quality technology to assist in your daily responsibilities to allow for more efficiencies to deliver outstanding customer serviceDuties:Prepare and issue accurate quotes to sales based on pricing guidelines, customer specifications, and product/service Review and interpret sales inquiries and quote requests to determine quoting Provide timely responses to sales questions regarding pricing, part options, and product/service Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and production engineering teams to ensure quotes align with internal capabilities and customer expectations.Maintain and update quote records, canned jobs and pricing filesCreate and manage canned jobs in ExcedeIdentify opportunities to improve quoting accuracy, speed, and customer Manage Hubspot quote tickets and complete assigned tasksAssist in parts procurement and pricing for specialty jobs by coordinating closely with PurchasingPosition Requirements:High School diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in sales support, quoting, or a related role4+ years of experience in bus service or operations industryStrong knowledge of quoting processes, pricing guidelines, and sales support best Proficient in using CRM systems g. Hubspot and quoting software eg. ExcedeExcellent written and verbal communication Strong analytical skills with the ability to review specifications and determine accurate part/labor Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast - paced Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skillsPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds64000
